These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Should you have any complaint about our sales or service, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items, with full details, either by email to service@wizardpickups.co.uk or telephone us on 01570 480099.

Wizard Pickups Ltd reserves the right to change the prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability, and the company also reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Wizard Pickups Ltd does not operate a credit system and all goods must be paid for immediately upon receipt. Late payments will attract interest charges at 5% above the Bank of England base rate for each week or part week that the payment is late.

All goods supplied remain the property of Wizard Pickups Ltd until full payment has been received.

Customers within the United Kingdom can expect goods to be delivered by Royal Mail First Class delivery at no charge. Other carriers and postage methods can be arranged at cost and goods may be supplied internationally with postage or carriage charges payable at cost.

Products manufactured to a customers specifications are non-returnable and no liability will be accepted, unless directly attributable to the quality of construction.

All products within the Wizard Pickups Ltd range are manufactured to order. Each item is individually crafted, because of this there may be slight differences in specification but these differences will not affect the usability of the product.

All brand names, product names and titles are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. Wizard Pickups Ltd has no connection with any holder of these trademarks or names and no permission is given for their use.

All products within the Wizard Pickups Ltd range carry a warranty against faulty construction or materials. This warranty will last for as long as the item(s) are owned by the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable and will be voided by any interference with the pickup and/or the tape wrapping or cover.

In the instance of a fault occurring the item should be returned to us at the address overleaf using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The product will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no cost to the customer. Should repair or replacement be impossible an alternative product, of similar value, may be supplied.

No liability will be accepted by Wizard Pickups Ltd for damage or injury to any person or persons resulting from the installation of any Wizard pickup in an instrument. It is your responsibility to ensure the pickup is installed safely and correctly.

English Law shall govern contracts formed between Wizard Pickups Ltd and customers in all respects.
